Transfer Cancellation policy
Costs include waiting time of 15 minutes at the meeting point, which becomes 30 minutes in case of pick-up at the station or airport (from the actual time of plane landing or train arrival).
Cancellation of a reservation without penalty is accepted with 48 hours' notice before the appointment time.
Cancellation received less than 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge.
Cancellation received within less than 24 hours and in the event that the guest does not turn up or refuses the booked service, a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the amount of the service shall be charged.
The cancellation, in order to be accepted, must be sent by e-mail.
Modifications
Any changes to the data trasmitted during the booking will be accepted within 24 hours of the appointment time.
Beyond this deadline, in the event of a request to change the data trasmitted at the time of booking (timing or itinerary of the service), the minimum amount payable by the guest will still be the amount previously estabilished at the time of booking. Any unforeseen changes to the route, will be subject to a surcharge.
If passengers do not show up within the time limit of 15 minutes after the appointment time (30 in case of a station or airport) and without any warning (no show) , the driver is allowed to leave the appointment location: the service will still be charged.
Each passenger may carry up to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
The inbound transfer will leave from the airports and take clients to the various hotels in the centre of Lucca or just outside the city walls at a maximum of about 3km.
For drop off requests in hotels further away, within 5 km from the walls, a supplement of euro 10.00 will be applied. For requests further away, a supplement will be charged on request.
